Stephanie Gross is the Global Marketing Manager for Ashfield Meetings & Events, where Stephanie creates effective marketing campaigns to promote the award-winning healthcare event agency. Her responsibilities include driving and developing research projects to ensure thought-leadership of the brand, building strong partnerships with global leadership, business development (BD) team, various stakeholders and media to identify creative solutions to position and grow the business, as well as oversee the website, social media and digital marketing efforts.
Stephanie has been identified as a Future Leader through an internal development program called ‘Future Focus’ and most recently nominated for two UDG Healthcare plc CEO Awards for Ingenuity and Quality for the creation of the Science of Healthcare Congresses white paper and the development and roll out of the BD / Marketing Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines, respectively. Stephanie helps pharmaceutical and life sciences organisations alike to find and source a strategic partner for their global full-service event management needs.
